You might not believe me, but even as a personal trainer, I sometimes struggle to stay motivated. Let’s keep that little secret between us. 😉 But every time I work out, I feel amazing! And that’s why I stick with it, in the long run, not to mention the health benefits.
One day, I thought: How can I make this easier? Not just for me, but for everyone? The key of every good training is simple: INTENSITY 🏋🏼♂️ and CONSISTENCY 🔄. Tracking intensity is easy, but what keeps us consistent?Time to hop down the rabbit hole. 🐰🕳️
What was the thing I did when training was effortless? Was it a clear goal? Maybe. But isn’t it possible to be happy without a goal? What about better exercises, fancy studios or workout buddies? Nope. It has to come from within. (I know, I’m getting a little deep here, but stick with me.)Then, suddenly it hit me...

If a workout makes me happy, I want more of it. It’s that simple! So how do we bring happiness into training? Make it playful. Do you remember how we played as kids? No pressure, just fun. We tried, fell, got up and tried again. Pure movement, pure joy. That’s the key! So, I went back to my roots: A bold mix of calisthenics, CrossFit, challenges and play.Happiness is key and in my opinion, so is motivation. That’s why I keep workouts short and playful. When you're having the most fun, you're already done and excited for the next one.
