This WOD is an absolute killer because it's extremely intense. The constant ups and downs and jumps will push your heart rate and breathing to the limit. It’s a high-intensity cardio blast, combined with some strength work! Target areas: Cardiovascular system, quads, calves, chest and ticeps.
If you don’t have a jump rope, just jump without it. Choose a box height you're comfortable with and pick the variation you can do 10 unbroken reps. Safety first!
