Every 1 min for 30 mins do:
5 Box Step Up ↗This is an EMOM [Every minute on the minute], starting at the top of the minute, complete one round of 5 Step Ups, 5 Chin Ups and 20 Ball Throws. Rest in the remainder of the minute. The workout ends after 30 minutes or when you can no longer complete all the reps in time. Switch legs in Step Ups every round.

Strength and coordination combined! You’ll feel your legs burning, arms and back working and coordination getting a solid challenge with the ball throws. Target areas: Quads, glutes, biceps and back.
