This is your go-to WUP. Quick, simple and effective. I recommend doing it before every WOD. For unilateral exercises, do 5 reps per side and you’re good to go!

Stimulus

The warm up opens up your ankles, hips and shoulders, activates your core, increases the body temperature and gets your heart rate up. Prepping you physically and mentally for the workout!
